As an artist, I'm a passionate observer of human experiences. And the engineer in me, is thrilled about untangling complexity.

I have degrees in economics and aerospace engineering which help me understand systems in detail. And those are the well-earned skills I am proud of. Yet my true superpower - creating immersive experiences - has been with me for as long as I can remember. For real! At six years old, I used to organise our family home to reflect our values and routines, corner by corner. Everything had to be convenient, easy to use, and tell a story about us! It's a way of thinking by default! 

During my student years, I had the opportunity to live in Rhode Island USA and Toulouse & Paris in France. That's when everything came together: the USA was where I fell in love with hospitality. In the summer of 2014, I had the chance to work in a Relais & Chateaux boutique hotel with extraordinarily high standards.

Since then, my path has been a mix of hospitality adventures and aerospace projects, both happening around the world.

As if that weren't enough, in summer 2020, I founded a fashion brand: "Michelle - the elegant t-shirt", selling women's business t-shirts and hand-painted storytelling silk scarves. 

But ten years later, only one thing has truly stood the test of time. It grew into a unique methodology that today I use to help clients remarkably stand out in the market!
