Don’t focus on OTAs. You got work to do with your seamless branding across all platforms, relevant content and value creation, consistent brand voice and communication, image, showing values in practice and relationship you are building with your ideal guests.
That's a lot of work. BUT that also means you've got the POWER in your own hands instead of depending on (and paying) OTAs.
At first glance, they made it easier for you. BUT if you take a second look, besides taking significant amount of your revenue, they don't do market segmentation the way you could do.
