Snow everywhere. The land of never setting sun.

You arrive at your cool room where everything’s made of ice. Yes, even your bed.

You can make ice sculptures, enjoy sauna and frozen lake dips, go husky sledding or nighttime snowmobiling across frozen lakes and through forest trails, even eat from ice plates and sip a drink at the bar from ice cocktail glass.

This hotel features rooms, suites, a chapel for weddings and a bar, all made out of ice!

And yet, none of these is the most special thing about it!

This hotel gets rebuilt every year with 2-ton blocks of ice, by the international group of visiting artists and designers. They reinvent the whole design, outside and inside.

For example, some rooms are made of crystal clear ice providing a shiny, intergalactic kind of look, while others are made of snice, a mixture of snow and ice, which gives a warm, velvet look.

Rooms would be decorated with 3D drawings and sculptures creating a specific room topic like Dragon Residence, Polar Bear Residence or The Flower suite. There are also appropriate lighting installations to complete the whole look.

Besides being a unique hotel by itself, notice the elements they introduce to complete the main idea such as art, different themes, special experiences that are appropriate for the destination but also promoting local and international communities.
