Being busy doesn’t make you important but unorganized. Taking extreme ownership does.

When people CAN’T handle important things, they become busy with LESS important things.

And by important things I mean everything that effects long term success.

That could be anything from scaling your business to dealing with an angry guest.

If you haven’t solved the problem in a way to set up a system so your team knows how to deal with it WITHOUT you having to interfere, it’s still there to prevent you from growth.

Every time you don’t really want to tangle something because you don’t know it, and you choose to be busy, you are MISSING OUT on opportunities.

I’ve seen many BUSY, BUSY, BUSY OWNERS who think nothing can run without them. And that’s probably true. But just one more reason to turn towards really important matters.

And when you do, that’s taking ownership.

Of your VISION, of your CURRENT SITUATION, of everything you don’t know yet and need to LEARN, of challenges and UNPLEASANT ISSUES. Of your SUCCESS.
