Aiming for as high occupancy as possible is one piece of puzzle OUT OF THE CONTEXT.

What really matters is the SATISFACTION of your guests and whether they are the right ones.

Happy guests are the best marketing. They will recommend you to their friends who are likely to be similar to them, so more ideal guests come your way. They may even come together for some occasions.

They are EASY TO SERVE because you know them. They BOOK DIRECTLY without OTAs in between and trust you for any recommendations.

That’s the power of word-of-mouth marketing.
