Once they ask, you need to respond. And that’s fine but it’s also EXPECTED.

It might as well be LATE. Not because it’s really late, but because they have to ask themselves, there is NO SURPRISE FACTOR.

When you surprise them about something you concluded they need, YOU SHOW THEM YOU CARE. Your service was unexpected, therefore very appreciated.

It’s a REACTIVE vs PROACTIVE strategy.

When you are proactive, they will have less requests, because their MIND PERCEIVES SAFETY, so they can relax.

What is more, a simple thing you do before they ask, has a BIGGER EFFECT ON THEIR SATISFACTION than when they already asked for it.

So – expect HIGHER REVIEWS and WORD OF MOUTH recommendations.
