Everything you know about your guests should be monetized.

I say this to emphasize the importance of guest data.


But this is NOT to say monetization should be priority.


In other words not everything you do for a guest, should be for money.


It SHOULD be for creating memorable experiences.

It SHOULD be for them feeling seen and heard.

It SHOULD be for them feeling taken care of.

Important and safe, WHILE STAYING WITH YOU.


If there is a very visible element of transaction during a guest’s stay or even afterwards, if you charge them for everything, that DOESN’T FIT HOSPITABLE PRINCIPLES.


However, creating extra special stay for your guests by knowing more about them and their lifestyle and values will allow you to charge HIGHER RATES.


And this is the best way to include transactional element – ONE TIME when they pay for a stay.


THAT’S IT.


Everything else comes as a pure hospitality because you and your team love hosting your guests. Hopefully.
