The only constant thing is change, they say.
Agree or not, this is the world we live in. But since everything is CONCENTRATED nowadays, this feels even more INTENSE.
When you were starting, you settled things to answer to the needs of the market at THAT time.
Things have changed since then. They still do, all the time.
But it’s not like there are things you need to change in your hotel every day. NO.

They may be the same people like your loyal guests and in fact they probably do have the same values and like similar things, BUT their needs are different for sure.
