Some factors belong to circumstances and can not be changed. Location is one of them.

Unless you are selling a hotel and buying a new one, you can’t do anything about it.

BUT you can work something out with it.

Sure, a good location is a benefit for some hotels, but it is NOT the only way to differentiate and build a brand.

In fact, you could have the best location and STILL be disappointing hotel.

MUCH MORE IMPORTANT is your HOSPITALITY APPROACH. That’s your specific offer and way of delivering service, concept and philosophy.

The location is just there to be. Focus on what can be good about it and make it count as your superpower.

There must be some great aspect of that location which complements your ideal guests’ values.

Don’t let excuses limit you and stop you in building something worth talking about.
