Change them. That is the mission.


Connect in a way which makes them open, something happens inside and they are not the same.


That place, that point, is called the contact boundary.


It’s where two people (or a person and a thing or an environment) interact in a way that they are aware of the moment and they get to experience themselves and everything around them more clearly.


It can be intimate yet smooth and unpretentious.


But memorable and powerful.


This is a nice tool – I would even argue a necessary one – in hospitality. It’s a way to get to know your guests better and respond to their needs and wants.

You need your whole team to understand the point, be trained in it and devoted.


It’s not about extraordinary surprises, but making connection and allowing for extraordinary experiences to be lived through not just photographed for an Instagram.
