But well-noticed small details about a specific guest is what EXTRAORDINARY service is.
Everyone thinks they are the special ones. And in hospitality, they are.
Overall, we all need love and acceptance, but the ways these needs manifest in certain moment are different from person to person.
Having EMPLOYEES who will notice this is a lottery for your hotel.
It’s a serious skill. They first need to know to listen and observe, then have empathy and skip judging, criticizing even overthinking and eventually come up with on-the-spot creative ideas to respond.
